What to expect? Our Process

Our first couple of meetings will be to go over the building design and construction details of your project. Once we lay out exactly what we will be doing then we can move into the contract phase and start running permits and scheduling work. 

This is the shortest phase of the process because we have already ironed out all the building design and construction in the design phase so now we are just putting it on a contract so we can get to work on your construction project.  

Depending on the size of your construction project we could be there for days or months. We provide a weekly update so you know where we are in the process and we keep open lines of communication if you have questions at any time. It is always our goal to finish on time. 

Once your construction project is completed then we move into the warranty phase. You will have the confidence of knowing you have our two-year warranty should you run into any issues.
