Our Southern Pine Promise

Materials used will be of good quality and new, unless otherwise required or discussed.
Our work will be free from defects not inherent in the quality required or permitted.
Our work will be done in accordance with industry standards.
All repairs include a 30 day workmanship warranty starting from the date of service. This warranty excludes:
- Materials not provided by Southern Pine Construction
- Remedy for damage or defect caused by abuse or modifications not performed by Southern Pine Construction
- Improper or insufficient maintenance or operation
- Normal wear and tear under normal usage.
If requested, Southern Pine Construction shall furnish satisfactory evidence as to the kind and quality of materials and equipment.
