• Master-level experience (7+ years) qualifications:
  • Carpentry: framing, setting cabinets and countertops
  • Proficient in full-scale renovations
  • Additions, trim, painting, general labor
  • Drywall
  • Flooring installation
  • Proficient in basic plumbing
  • Proficient in minor electrical
• Leadership:
  • Strong leader capable of effectively managing a small team and delegating tasks
• Must have truck and tools
• Traits:
  • Able to take direction from construction manager
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter, analytical problem solver and independent thinker
  • Timely and punctual
