Wellman

This historic home had been condemned by the city of Huntsville and had a large tree through the rear. While we were in the process of renovating another tree fell on the front portion of the house so we call it "The Tree House". All the trees have been removed from the yard but this home was rebuilt from the block foundation up. It was a duplex and we converted it into a single family home but because it is a registered historic home we had to maintain the duplex look from the exterior. One of the doors is a "dummy" door.
